Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to have a return shipping label sent to you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to process an exchange, please add a note to your returned item, and send us an email notifying us of your exchange request.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund items that don't make it back to us.
