We're happy to offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD throughout the Continental USA. (For orders outside of the USA, or to Alaska/Hawaii, please call for a quote.)

  • You're order will ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Please allow 2-3 days for shipments. ***
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is shipped.
  • Please note that Fedex and UPS will not ship to a PO Box, so please provide an alternative address.
  • All orders except for bin units are shipped directly from our warehouse in London, OH. Shipping times may vary depending on location of delivery.

Return Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for exchange, replacement, or a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 254 W. High Street, London, OH, 43140, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


I did not receive my bins

We dropship all metal storage units from our supplier. Your hardware will arrive separately from your bin or storage unit, usually within a day or two. As of recent the 40-hole bins have been going on and off of backorder.  You should receive your bins within 2-4 weeks of order.  If you do not receive your item/items please contact us as soon as possible.

My item is arrived damage/defective

We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. To report a damaged or missing item, please send us a message to our Contact Us page or give us a call. We will make sure your replacement is taken care of in a quick and timely manner. *Please advise that we ship all drawer assortments and hardware direct from our warehouse. All storage units and metal bin units are dropped shipped from our supplier and delivery times may vary.

I received an incomplete order

If you do not receive your complete order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we use different carriers depending on product ordered and shipping times may vary.  

i received the wrong item

Oops! We don't do it often but it does happen! If we ship you the wrong item, please call us immediately or send us a message through our Contact Us page. We will arrange for a pick-up on the wrong shipment and send you the correct one right away!
