Shipping/Delivery Information

We're happy to offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD throughout the Continental US. (For orders outside of the US, please call for a quote.)

  • Your order will ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Please allow 5-7 days for shipments. ***
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is shipped.
  • Please note that Fedex will not ship to a PO Box, so please provide an alternative address.
  • All orders except for bin units are shipped directly from our warehouse in London, OH. Shipping times may vary depending on location of delivery.

 

***ALL METAL BINS AND STORAGE CABINETS ARE DROP SHIPPED FROM OUR SUPPLIER.
SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR BINS AFTER HARDWARE ARRIVES, SOMETIMES 3-4 WEEKS LATER.

Return Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for exchange, replacement, or a refund.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to a late  restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have notified you of your refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@usboltkits.com.

Return shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 254 W. High Street, London, OH, 43140, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to have a return shipping label sent to you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to process an exchange, please add a note to your returned item, and send us an email notifying us of your exchange request.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund items that don't make it back to us.

 

FAQ

I did not receive my bins:

We dropship all metal storage units from our supplier. Your hardware will arrive separately from your bin or storage unit.  These bins go on and off of backorder. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

***If this amount of time has passed and you have still not received your bins, please send us an email through our Contact Us page, or to contact@usboltkits.com and we will take care of it as soon as we get to your email.***

 

My item has arrived damaged/defective:

We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. To report a damaged or missing item, please send us a message to our Contact Us page or give us a call. We will make sure your replacement is taken care of in a quick and timely manner. 

I received an incomplete order:

If you do not receive your complete order, please contact us as soon as possible. **Please note that we use different carriers depending on product ordered and shipping times vary.  If multiple products have been ordered, they may not all ship on the same day.  Your shipment confirmation will show what has shipped.  If you receive a single tracking number for your order, and there are multiple packages, please use the Master tracking number we send you on the carriers website and scroll down the page to see the other packages included with that tracking number.  Oftentimes, you will notice that there are some that are either not moving at the same pace, or that were shipped a day or so later.

I received the wrong item:

Oops! We don't do it often but it does happen! If we ship you the wrong item, please contact us immediately by sending us a message through our Contact Us page. We will arrange for a pick-up on the wrong shipment and send you the correct one right away!  

I would like a quote on products:

USBoltkits is known for our quality assortments and products; however, we do not have all products available to us listed online. If you are looking for a specific product or a product in bulk, please contact us through our online contact us page, and we will be happy to give you a quote.

I have an unrecognized charge from Agriline Supply on my account:

Agriline Supply, LLC. is the parent company of USBoltKits.com. The charge on your account will show as Agriline Supply.
