Almost 200 almost

I ordered 200 bolts for an order I was working on over the weekend. The order came in bags of 100. The first order had 99 and the second bag had a metric bolt in place of the 3/8 bolt so 99 in that bag as well. Luckily my dad who lives 5 miles away had a couple. Not too happy with the situation

I am so sorry that you were shorted two bolts. We will gladly replace the missing bolts from your order. We calibrate our counting scales often to ensure accuracy. We are also so confused about how a metric bolt would have gotten in the bag with your order since the metric bolts we carry have a different coating on them and would have stuck out like a sore thumb! Nevertheless, stranger things have happened during our busy season, and we certainly don't want anyone being unhappy with their order, so we are very sorry for the error.
