3765 Piece Grade 8 USS Coarse Thread Hardware Only

Ordered several kits. 5 or more boxes later we had to print out a list of what was in each package and then check them all off. some things were missing or miss labled but a quick email and they shipped out the missing ones with no problem. I feel like a shipping lable with which package you ordered and what should be in that particular box would of made all the difference. But still happy with my order.

Great price but several bags were mislabeled and I ended up getting four bags of the same product and none of what was listed. 7/16 and 1/2” is very close to naked eye. I’m sure it was just a mistake. Otherwise very happy with the company and the products. I will buy again

I ordered the 3765 piece grade 8/coarse package as a gift for a friend. Everything (the different sizes and items - bolts, washers and nuts) were counted out and packaged separately. And then everything was packaged into two extremely well taped and secured boxes that arrived in time for Christmas even though I waited longer than I should have to order them!

That’s the product……now for the customer service: I made several calls regarding the shipping of this merchandise and I spoke with Julie every time….she was friendly, patient and very professional every time I called!! She was a delight to deal with!!!
